Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 11 am EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 11 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.
We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping and Handling Charges via USPS:
• Standard Ground shipping: $9.95
• 2nd day delivery: $29.95
• Overnight delivery: $39.95 do not make delivery outside of United States. 
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, bank account, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit card.
SALES TAX is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts.
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used skin products after that period.
Defective Products: Contact within 14 days of receipt with product concerns. Defective merchandise will only be replaced with the exact same product. 
Undelivered Shipments: Any orders that are sent back to, such as 'Return to Sender', unsigned or unclaimed, as well as 'address not found' due to customer error will be treated as a return for unwanted/unused items and a 15% restocking fee will be applied + shipping fees. Likewise, a shipping fee will be applied if you prefer to have the order re-shipped.
Each product page contains a description of the item and ingredients list that has been provided by the manufacturer. Any information and alterations to the product are subject to change at their discretion.
